My passion for this field originates from a great appreciation for well-crafted designs that seamlessly blend form and function. Frustration with poorly navigable products, especially in education, fueled my commitment to enhancing user experiences. I intertwine empathy for user needs with a dedication to delivering visually appealing and efficient solutions. I aim to bridge the gap between design and functionality in a way that resonates with users on a meaningful level.

I hold a Bachelor of Art Education with an emphasis in Graphic Design from the University of Kansas. During the most important career break of my life, a mother to two young children, I took some time to further my education and receive training in UX/UI Design. I truly love the process of beginning with a study of the the users to create a successful design.

As a new resident of the beautiful city of Pittsburgh, by way of Minnesota, I am enjoying exploring the rolling hills and thick forests. The love for successful design is braided throughout both my work and play. From organized parenting to year-round gardening, I am always pursuing the most efficient path for the most effective product.
